These terms apply to 1Polish: B1 Exam AI Tutor for Android (the "App"), developed by Anton Trantin, an independent developer publishing as Antosha Apps under the 1Buck Apps brand ("we", "us"). They are specific to 1Polish. The 1Polish Privacy Policy explains how its data is handled.

1. Using 1Polish

You may use the App to learn Polish and prepare for the Polish B1 certificate exam on compatible devices you own or control, subject to applicable law and Google Play's terms. Do not use the online service to harm others, submit unlawful content, bypass access or spending limits, interfere with service security or replay purchases to obtain duplicate credits.

You remain responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to use it. Your content remains yours. We process it to provide the tutoring or assessment you request, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. Learning and exam results

1Polish teaches and assesses Polish up to B1. Its practice materials, mini exams, mock exams, readiness estimates and AI feedback support preparation; they do not issue an official certificate or guarantee an exam pass, a particular score or acceptance by an authority. 1Polish is an independent app and is not an official exam provider.

App-created exam tasks are practice materials, not official past papers. Links to official resources lead to the relevant third party. AI can make mistakes in language, transcription, explanations and grading. Review important feedback and check current examination requirements with the official organizer. Generated tutor speech is synthetic; recorded conversations are turn-based interactions, not live calls with a human teacher.

3. Free learning and 1Polish AI

Local exercises and bundled learning material can be used without online AI. Free access includes:

• One lesson per day.
• One new vocabulary deck per day.
• Two practice sets per day.
• One mini exam per week.
• Unlimited due vocabulary reviews, mistake practice and access to your saved history.

Local daily allowances renew on each calendar day on your device; the mini-exam allowance renews each Monday. A lesson, practice set or mini exam already started can be completed. An active subscription removes these local practice limits and unlocks full mock exams.

Free AI assessments: each day, you can submit one text answer of up to 200 words and one recorded spoken answer of up to 60 seconds, with AI grading included. These daily free assessments are available to subscribers as well and do not spend paid credits. AI allowances renew at midnight UTC; the App shows the next reset in your local time. An assessment already started can be completed. A failed server attempt does not use up the free assessment.

Additional AI use requires an active 1Polish AI subscription, sufficient credits and a working internet connection. The free assessments also require internet access. A subscription does not provide unlimited AI use.

AI service availability depends on our service and its providers. Temporary outages, rate limits or spending safeguards can prevent a request. A failed paid AI provider attempt does not debit your credits. A new explicit paid attempt after failure is a new request; successful paid requests consume credits. Free assessments and paid requests have separate allowances. Do not rely on the App as a substitute for professional or official advice.

4. Google Play subscriptions

1Polish AI offers weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing plans. The App and Google Play purchase screen show the current price, currency and billing period before you confirm. Standard plans have no free trial or introductory offer.

• Google Play processes payment using your Google Account's payment method.
• The selected plan renews automatically unless you cancel before renewal.
• Manage or cancel in Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. See Google Play's cancellation instructions.
• Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation normally leaves access until the end of the paid period; a refund or revoked purchase can end access earlier.
• Refund requests follow Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer law. Contact us if you need help with a purchase or credit delivery.

5. AI credits, expiry and restoration

The weekly plan includes 20 credits per week; the monthly plan includes 100 per month; the yearly plan includes 125 per month, rather than the full year's allowance at once. Unused subscription credits expire at their allowance boundary and do not roll over. Allowance dates and available balances are shown in the App.

Subscribers can buy optional packs of 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 credits. Google Play shows the current pack price before purchase. An active subscription is required to use paid AI beyond the daily free assessments and to buy top-ups. Purchased credits do not expire while the original wallet remains accessible. Subscription credits are used before purchased credits.

The number of credits consumed depends on the AI operation and its input and output. Positive successful charges round upward to 0.01 credit. Credits are a service allowance, not currency; they cannot be transferred between installations or exchanged for cash, without limiting refund rights provided by law.

Important before uninstalling, clearing storage or changing devices: 1Polish has no user account or credit recovery. Remaining subscription credits and purchased top-up credits are not restored to a new installation. Restore Purchases restores the active Google Play subscription only; it does not replay previously delivered grants, restore spent packs or recover the old wallet. This also applies if Android app storage is cleared. Your local learning history is not backed up by the App.

6. Online providers and privacy

AI requests pass through our server. OpenAI provides text tutoring and grading; ElevenLabs provides transcription and generated tutor audio. Google Play handles purchases. Their availability and applicable terms can affect these features. The Privacy Policy explains transmitted content, technical and purchase records, temporary result storage and provider retention.

When you open an external link or email support, the destination service handles the information you choose to send under its own terms and privacy practices.

7. Reliability and your legal rights

We work to provide reliable software, but cannot guarantee that every AI answer is accurate or that the App and online services will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by its use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
