How do I restore my Premium purchase?

Open 1Cleaner › Settings › Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › 1Cleaner and choose Cancel Subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

What does Premium include?

Unlimited Swipe Clean and no reminder screens before scans and cleanups. Every cleaning tool also works for free.

Cleaning

I deleted photos but my free space didn't change. Why?

iOS keeps deleted items in Photos › Recently Deleted for 30 days. Review that collection and recover anything you still need. To release space sooner, permanently delete only items you are sure you no longer want; they cannot be recovered from Recently Deleted afterward. With iCloud Photos, deletion also applies to your other devices using the same Apple Account. See Apple’s photo deletion and recovery instructions.

Where did the items I cleaned go?

Photos and videos moved by Smart Clean or Swipe Clean go to App Bin in 1Cleaner and stay in Photos until you delete them there and confirm the iOS dialog. You can remove them from App Bin before that. Files, contact merges and calendar cleanup follow the separate paths below.

How do I recover files cleaned by 1Cleaner?

Open Files › Browse › Recently Deleted and recover the files you want. If iOS could not move an On My iPhone file there, it stayed in place unless you separately confirmed Delete Permanently after a warning. A permanently deleted file does not appear in Recently Deleted.

How do I recover contacts after a merge?

Open 1Cleaner › Contacts › Backups. With Full Contacts access, you can restore the removed cards as new contacts without changing the merged card. Contact cards do not enter Files or Photos Recently Deleted. Backups remain in 1Cleaner until you delete them.

Can I restore removed calendar events?

Calendar events do not enter App Bin or a general iPhone trash. Recovery depends on the calendar account. For iCloud calendars, iCloud.com Data Recovery can restore an earlier archived version of your calendars, replacing the current version; see Apple's recovery instructions. Other providers have their own recovery rules.

Why are some items skipped as "iCloud"?

The default scan only analyzes items already on your iPhone, so it never downloads your library. When prompted, you can include iCloud items; Wi-Fi is recommended.

How do I continue a saved Smart Clean scan?

Open Smart Clean. The last result and scan date stay after you reopen 1Cleaner. An unfinished saved scan offers Continue or Start New Scan; choose Continue to reuse the completed stages. If iOS interrupts a scan while the app is still running, it continues when you return. An older result is not a live view of your library; start a new scan for a fresh result.

How do I keep important items out of cleanup suggestions?

Use Don’t Suggest Again for photos, videos or files. In Settings › Excluded from Cleanup, exclude whole albums, review exclusions or remove one to include it in suggestions again. Exclusions hide items from Smart Clean, Swipe Clean and Files Cleanup without deleting them. They do not remove items already in App Bin.

What are the Swipe Clean collections?

Months is the default. Largest Photos uses a Large Media result from the current app session; Suggested uses your saved Smart Clean result. When no result is available, tap the scan button first. On This Day appears when this date has items in earlier years. Collections share saved decisions and the same allowance of 10 free swipes per day; Premium removes the limit. Switching collections does not start a scan by itself. Swipe left marks an item; Move N to App Bin sends the marked items. Originals remain in Photos until you confirm deletion in App Bin.

How do I turn off cleanup reminders?

Open Settings › Cleanup Reminders and choose Never, or choose Every Week or Every Month. The weekly default starts after notification permission is allowed unless you already chose a frequency. These local reminders do not scan or clean in the background. Never affects only cleanup reminders; completion notifications are separate. These notifications are also separate from the dismissible Premium support screens.

Are blurry or dark photos deleted automatically?

No. Blurry, Dark, Possibly Accidental and Utility Photos, Screen Recordings, 4K Videos and Videos Longer Than 3 Minutes are manual review collections. Nothing is selected automatically in them. Inspect the items and choose what to send to App Bin. In Similar Photos, the KEEP suggestion also considers image quality, while favorites and other protected shots retain priority; you can change the selection.

Can I compress Live, HDR or RAW photos?

Yes, Large Media lets you select them for photo compression. The app explains and asks you to confirm any features a copy will lose, such as Live motion or RAW data, before starting. RAW becomes a non-HDR HEIC copy; HDR preservation on iOS 18 and later does not apply to RAW copies. It skips items that cannot make a suitable smaller copy. Compare the copies before deciding whether to remove the originals; compression is not promised to be lossless.

I forgot my Private Vault PIN. What can I do?

If Face ID is enabled, unlock with Face ID. The PIN is stored only on your device, so we cannot recover it for you.
