These terms apply to 1Polish: Polish B1 Exam Prep for iPhone and iPad (the "App"), developed by Anton Trantin, an independent developer publishing as Antosha Apps under the 1Buck Apps brand ("we", "us"). The 1Polish Privacy Policy explains how the App and its optional online services handle data. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the App license; these terms explain our learning and AI services without limiting your mandatory legal rights. 1Polish for Android has its own terms.

1. Using 1Polish on your iPhone or iPad

You may use the App to learn Polish and prepare for the Polish B1 certificate exam on compatible devices you own or control, subject to applicable law and Apple's terms. Do not use the online service to harm others, submit unlawful content, bypass access or spending limits, interfere with service security or replay purchases to obtain duplicate credits.

You remain responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to use it. Your content remains yours. We process it to provide the tutoring or assessment you request, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. 1Polish practice and exam results

1Polish teaches and assesses Polish up to B1. Its practice materials, mini exams, mock exams, readiness estimates and AI feedback support preparation; they do not issue an official certificate or guarantee an exam pass, a particular score or acceptance by an authority. 1Polish is an independent app and is not an official exam provider.

App-created exam tasks are original practice materials, not official past papers. Links to official resources lead to the relevant third party. AI can make mistakes in language, transcription, explanations and grading. Review important feedback and check current examination requirements with the official organiser. Built-in audio and generated tutor speech are synthetic; recorded conversations are turn-based interactions, not live calls with a human teacher.

3. Free 1Polish learning and 1Polish AI

Lessons, objective practice, exams and the built-in Polish audio run on the device. Free access includes:

• One lesson per day.
• One new vocabulary deck per day.
• Two practice sets per day.
• One mini exam per week.
• Unlimited due vocabulary reviews, mistake practice and access to your saved history.

Daily allowances renew on each calendar day on your device; the mini-exam allowance renews each Monday. A lesson, practice set or mini exam already started can be completed. Full mock exams are not included in free access.

Welcome credits: each new installation receives a one-time amount of free AI credits, given once per device identity. Without a subscription, they can be used for AI conversations, AI checks of your written or spoken Polish and AI exam grading until they are spent; after that, AI requires an active 1Polish AI subscription. Welcome credits are a free allowance with no cash value and may change for new installations.

An active 1Polish AI subscription removes these local practice limits, unlocks full mock exams and includes an AI credit allowance. All AI use requires sufficient credits and a working internet connection. A subscription does not provide unlimited AI use.

Service or provider outages, rate limits and spending safeguards can temporarily prevent an AI request. Failed AI attempts do not spend credits. A retry using the same request can return a completed result for up to 15 minutes without charging twice. If a successful result has expired, starting a new request is a new paid attempt; expiry does not refund the completed attempt.

4. 1Polish AI subscriptions through Apple

1Polish AI offers weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing plans with no free trial or introductory offer. The standard USD base prices are $0.99 per week, $2.99 per month and $19.99 per year. The App Store purchase screen shows the actual price, currency, taxes where applicable and billing period before you confirm. Prices in other storefronts may differ.

• Apple processes payment using your Apple Account's payment method.
• Your plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation normally leaves access until the paid period ends; a refund or revoked purchase may end access earlier.
• Apple handles plan changes, billing and refund requests. See Apple's refund instructions. Contact us if you need help with a purchase or credit delivery.

5. 1Polish AI credits and top-ups

The weekly plan includes 2,000 credits each week; the monthly plan includes 10,000 each month; the yearly plan includes 12,500 each month, rather than a full year's allowance at once. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of their allowance period and do not roll over. Annual monthly periods follow the subscription's start date. The App shows the current balance and allowance dates.

1Polish AI subscribers can buy optional packs of 10,000, 25,000, 50,000 or 100,000 credits. The App Store shows the current pack price before purchase. Packs require an active 1Polish AI subscription to buy. Purchased and welcome credits have no scheduled expiry while their original wallet remains accessible; if the subscription ends, the remaining balance can still be used for AI. Subscription credits are spent before purchased and welcome credits.

The charge depends on the AI operation and its input and output. Positive charges round upward to a whole credit. Credits are an allowance for using our service, not currency. They cannot be transferred between wallets or exchanged for cash, without limiting refund rights provided by law.

6. 1Polish restoration and changing devices

The App has no user account and no cross-device learning sync. Learning history is stored on your device; the App does not restore it from our server. Your own iOS backup may preserve local app data according to your backup settings.

The random install identifier and credit-wallet session key are stored in this device's Keychain. iOS may preserve them after you delete and reinstall the App on the same device, but do not rely on reinstallation as a backup or recovery method. If these credentials are lost, there is no account-based recovery of the old wallet.

Your subscription follows the installation that uses it. The App sends your active App Store subscription to our server at every start, and Restore Purchases does the same on request. When a new installation (for example on a new iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple Account) sends it, the subscription and the remaining credits of its current period move to that installation's wallet. Purchased credit packs and welcome credits stay with the installation that received them and cannot be moved. Each transaction grants credits only once; previously spent or expired allowances and consumed packs are not granted again. Purchases, subscriptions and credits are not shared with 1Polish for Android. Check your balance before deleting the App or changing devices, and contact support if you have a purchase-delivery problem.

7. 1Polish online services and privacy

AI requests pass through our server. OpenAI provides text tutoring and grading; ElevenLabs provides speech recognition and generated tutor audio. Apple handles purchases. Their availability and applicable terms can affect these features. The Privacy Policy explains transmitted text and recordings, technical and purchase records, the encrypted 15-minute result cache and provider retention.

External links and support e-mails use the destination service's terms and privacy practices. Do not submit sensitive personal details or information about other people when it is not needed for practice.

8. 1Polish reliability and your rights

We work to provide reliable software, but cannot guarantee that every AI answer is accurate or that the App and online services are always available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by its use. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
